The Driver Support Team have worked with thousands of drivers, giving them extensive experience of the routes you’d typically be working on, and the common queries both new and seasoned drivers can have when they’re thinking about registering with Crown.
The core team is available between 8.30am – 5pm (Mon-Fri), and supported by the wider operations team outside of those hours.

You’ll need your own specialist ‘hire and reward’ insurance, which your insurer can help you with. It’s very straightforward, and is essential when working as a driver with us. In addition, we will provide other cover as standard, which we will discuss with you when you apply.
Self billing is the automated invoice created every time you complete a job. It’s issued every Friday via email, and shows a full breakdown of your earnings and a list of all the jobs completed the previous week (Saturday-Friday). It’s not complicated, and has a record of everything you’ll need to know.
Crown have runs for all van sizes, from small vans though to Luton’s.
