Powerful driver app for speed & dependability
When you book a collection, you need a first-class service. So as soon as your booking is live on our system, its geographical search routines crawl in seconds through our driver network and routing schedules to proactively identify the top 10 trained drivers who are ready to go within a 10 mile radius.
Our driver app then notifies those in the immediate area, enabling us to appoint a named driver, and have them ready on site for collection within 60 minutes.
The driver app then acts as a live link between drivers, network control, the Crown SDS system and ultimately the customer via the online portal.
