Our drivers are equipped with our Unique SDS driver APP that’s been designed, built and is managed in-house. Our APP will surpass the competition and deliver an outstanding customer experience. In conjunction with our SDS Software, our driver APP is a dedicated live link between you and your delivery. The SDS APP provides live tracking of your delivery and also provides you with live ETAs. If a driver is delayed, SDS will keep you updated every step of the way. Whatever your proof of delivery or tracking needs are, we can offer a solution!

Optimal Van Utilisation Programme:
The SDS system has the facility to continually monitor the van capacity, therefore minimising bulk outs. Many delivery companies tell you their vans are full or they have no space left, when in reality this may not be the truth. The SDS system has the ability for drivers to report on their Van Fill with a simple update done via the Drivers APP.
Fast Response:
When you book a collection, we know you need a first-class service with a speedy response. As soon as your booking is live on SDS, its geographical search routines go to work and proactively offers the top 10 fully trained drivers that are ready to go within a 10 mile radius within seconds. Our SDS APP will also proactively notify drivers in the immediate area of a new live booking. We will have a driver on site at collection within 60 minutes. You can trust us to be fast, trackable, reliable and on time.
Dedicated Customer Portal:
Through listening to our customers requirements we have developed a dedicated customer interface just for you. No matter if you have one account with us or multiple accounts, you can even give access to your staff and access the data you need 24/7. Using our operational experience / knowledge our IT department have developed, delivered and manage our in-house unique driver APP. Our powerful SDS driver APP is a live communication link between our drivers, operations team, our SDS system and ultimately to you, the customer.
