While Covid-19 presented a number of challenges for the logistics sector, Crown SDS has been able to harness its experience and expertise to remain resilient and foster growth within the business. As of 2022, Crown SDS is now operating at a record high, thanks to both an influx of new customers and renewal of existing contracts.
A large portion of our success is down to the continued trust of our customers that have been with us since the very start of Crown’s story. The driving force behind our business is our customer-focused approach — from providing exceptional customer service to our bespoke solutions, we’re proud that clients continue to choose Crown SDS as their logistics provider.
Also contributing to our growth in revenue is the addition of new customers across a range of sectors, including 3pls, manufacturing and healthcare.
And of course, our driver network is the heartland of Crown SDS — and we’re thrilled to have engaged 500 new drivers in the last year alone to deliver client solutions to the highest standard. From where we started over thirty years ago with only two vans, we are truly proud to be continually investing in our fleet and supporting our drivers to work together to deliver for customers.
